30-Day Returns and Exchanges
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange or return, no questions asked. Email us at support@ravendistrict.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery.
How Returns Work
- Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back using a tracked service — keep the tracking number until the return is confirmed.
- Once we receive your return, we inspect it and process approved refunds within 3 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds generally arrive in your account within 7 working days of being issued; the exact posting time depends on your bank or card issuer.
Refund Timing
In short: approved refunds are processed within 3 business days after your return passes inspection, and generally arrive in your account within 7 working days. If 7 working days have passed since your refund was confirmed and it still has not appeared, contact us with your order number and we will trace it.
Exchanges
Want a different size instead? Follow the same process and tell us the size you need. If the new size is in stock, we ship it as soon as your return is on its way back to us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — and you will not need to return the damaged item.
Not Covered
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Items purchased during a final-sale promotion, if any, are marked as such at checkout and cannot be returned.
